For every friend or family member you referral to Dezign Spaces for their dream kitchen or bathroom renovation and turns into a satisfied client you will earn a reward and they will receive a discount.

Here is the deal:

• All start when the referral contact us, they need to provide us: Your Name and Phone Number. Someone from our crew will contact you to validate your referring, asking your email and address.
• When your friend sign for a service you will receive a email to say your reward is on the way, please, allow us up to 7 business days until we process and send you your reward.
• For hired services above $499 you will receive a $100 Cash Gift Card and they will receive $100 discount in the invoice. If service hired is under $500 you will receive $50 Cash Gift Card and they will receive $50 discount in the invoice.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, however the discount will be applied for only the very first service provides for the referred person.
• Reward program is valid for new customers from 02/20/2024 to 12/31/2024.
• Terms and Conditions is applied for all participants.

1. Eligibility:

• The Duo Delight Rewards Program ("the Program") is open to all individuals who are residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older.
• To be eligible, both the referring participant and the referred individual must follow Dezign Spaces (@dezignspaces) on Instagram.
• Employees of Dezign Spaces and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Program.
• Contractors, retailers, interior designers, and individuals acting on behalf of commercial purposes are not eligible to participate in the Duo Delight Rewards Program. This program is intended for personal referrals only.
• Additionally, individuals in very closely related relationships, such as spouses or partners, are not eligible to participate in the Program to maintain the integrity of referrals.

2. Referral Process:

• To participate in the Program, participants must refer a friend or family member to Dezign Spaces for a kitchen or bathroom renovation project.
• Referrals must be made by providing the referred individual's contact information to Dezign Spaces via the designated referral channels.
• Referrals made prior to the launch of the Program are not eligible for rewards.

3. Reward Structure:

• For each successful referral, the referring participant will receive a $100 cash back reward if the referred friend signs a contract with Dezign Spaces for a service above $499.
• If the referred friend signs a contract for a service under $500, the referring participant will receive a $50 cash back reward.
• The referred individual will receive a $100 discount applied towards their kitchen or bathroom renovation project with Dezign Spaces for services above $499. For services under $500, the discount applied will be $50.
• Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

4. Redemption:

• Discounts for referred individuals will be applied at the time of invoicing for their renovation project with Dezign Spaces.
• Cash back rewards for referring participants will be issued as a Cash Gift Card within 7 business days of the referred individual signing the contract with Dezign Spaces.
• Cash Gift Cards will be sent by postal mail to the address provided by the referring participant.
• Dezign Spaces is not responsible for any misspelled addresses or lost mails. It is the responsibility of the referring participant to ensure that the provided address is accurate.

5. Program Duration:

• The Duo Delight Rewards Program is valid from 02/20/2024 to 12/31/24. Referrals made after this date will not be eligible for rewards.

6. Limitations:

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, however, rewards are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Rewards are valid only for new renovation projects and cannot be applied retroactively to existing contracts or projects.

7. Program Changes:

• Dezign Spaces reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the Program will be communicated to participants via email or other designated communication channels.

8. General Terms:

• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Dezign Spaces reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the United States and any disputes arising under or in connection with the Program shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida.

By participating in the Duo Delight Rewards Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Dezign Spaces regarding the Program, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
